I have purchased term plan icici prudential iprotect smart on 14june2017 through online.. Application no:ob07340803 clearly i have mentioned all details - total policy amount 35 lac and critical illness benefit amount 25 lac.. I got hard copy of policy document on 21st june 2017.. Problem 1. Policy document showing critical illness benefit as 0 rs. 2. Policy holder name not as i request through proper channel. I have mailed for the same problem several time.. But didn't get corrected policy till date-27 july 2017.. Every time customer care executive giving new request no and new date for resolution.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
