[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — ICICI Prudential is not returning my failed transaction money to my bank account. I had paid by the netbanking

This complain was logged on 2nd of Feb. But the transaction was done on 29th of Jan. so far the company is just postponing the dates of the complain resolution dates but didn't solved any issues. Please take a corrective action

I have not heard anything from ICICI for my failure transaction, IT's been more than 48 hours since I have send the mail. So far I have not received any call or the money in my bank
