Sub:- Request for Cancel my Policy No.19632813 which started from 17.12.2015.

Dear Sir,
I like to inform you that due to my sudden illness I am now unable to continue the above policy because as a professional surveyor I am not a salary holder person & my all earning depend upon my physical work, which now not possible due to my illness. So, I request you please cancel it, I think your office already award about my financial problem, because a maximum premium now due now. A gain I request you please cancel ECS/ACH money transfer system, because I need now big amount cash for my treatment. I attach here with my policy copy for your observation & records. I am waiting for your suitable consideration.

I think as per rule the policy automatically cancel, if premium due for long, because your department make a automatic premium collection process ECS/ACH with my bank axis bank, jalpaiguri, who till sending me the sms by stating your premium due and your bank balance not sufficient for deduct premium amount. so, i request you please stop the system, because am unable to run the policy .
