Can you kindly explain what is this sudden ‘formats’ ???
I DO NOT understand this abrupt request from you after almost 6 months???
And secondly why don’t you please keep your department head in the loop please?
I wish that you also make sure we have somebody of a higher level to monitor our communication from your end???
I wish to request this aspect be kindly adhered to strictly please!!!
