ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — non receipt premium receipt

I have paid premium for 2018 through my credit card NO:[protected] on[protected] ref:[protected] via citrus gateway
But i have not received receipt so far.
I am not able to down load tax receipt also
request you to check and update
Yesterday i got a mail from ICIC prudence. com stating that i can down load tax certificate when i visit the website it say premium not paid
