Non receiving or attending customer care number... Always in busy or engaged... Very bad, slow & hopeless service in pune-satara road. Pune37 branch... Many times lift under repair... Server down... Printer not in work... For senior citizen there is no any fast attending service... Branch employee not guide properly.. Neglat customers queries.. There's are many other companies which provides fast n proper service to customers... Why your company not..???

My existing policy’s number of premium was wrongly increased by the company from (5 originally) to 7 .My policys Numbers are 18992189 & 19154745 .Have already mailed to the advisor but responce is poor from theat end.have tried to call the senior Mr Dubey but the seems too busy .
