Hi Team,

My name is Sujata and my employee id is 5066749. I am an ex-employee of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in Dronacharya Branch Gurugram, Haryana 122001. I have submitted all the documents regarding the PF withdrawal on 26 March and till yet haven't received any information nor any amount. Due to some urgency please provide the amount as soon as possible in my bank account.
