ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — policy not issued since month after paying premium

Hi, I am Nagesh, I had purchased term insurance on July 1st and paid premium of amount Rs.45050 and today 27/07/2018 i'm still waiting for policy to get process, I don't even get the reason why it takes too long when i had submitted all the necessary documents and all cleared still they resist and asking for more time every time i call their customer care and the agent who had convinced me on buying this policy is also not responding to my queries properly. This is very poor and horrible experience with ICICI Pru Life policy service i'm going through right now.
