Called up the customer service number (which should be toll free and not chargeable) and spoke to the advisor for 11 minutes. No First call resolution and customer service lacking . TAT is to high which is unacceptable. TNI is a must for good customer service. " If you dont take care of your customers, someone else will" KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST AND RESOLVE.
