Sir, It is to inform that i have a policy bearing no[protected]. The premium amount of rs 16000 is paid twice during the year. The second premium was paid on 4th august 2017 through sbi credit card. Although the acknowledgement of the same was sent stating your transaction with id 8062400 has been successfully completed. However, till date neither the receipt has been sent nor i am able to generate the receipt despite giving the opt. You are kindly requested to look into the matter and send the receipt immediately or i shall be constrained to think to continue as your customer.
