I have purchased a policy 14189268 in july 2010 and pay 3 premium eqally ₹50000/upto 2012. Need of money as per irdai rule i have surrender the policy in original with cancelled cheque, id (Aadhar card), pan card, photo through your icici branch ghazipur u. P. On 25 may 2017 but till date money has not been transferd in a/c. I approach regularly to branch about surrender status they are always assure me that have patience and wait. To day branch executive directed me to personal appearence in varanasi office is must.
