[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Undisclosed policy charges & lack of response from customer service

On my recent visit to india i was advised to invest in an icici ulip policy and was explained all the benefits but was never given the details of the hidden charges of investing such as premium allocation charge, mortality charge etc. I discovered these charges when i receive my policy document and first premieu receipt. Since there was a 15-day cooling period where i had the option to cancel the policy i got in touch with the customer service email [protected]@icicipru.com asking them to either cancel the policy or at least let me know how to cancel it. However after multiple reminders and a week later no response or acknowledgement was sent by icici pru.
