ICICI Securities — demat account charges

My demat charges were deducted and your sales representative told it will be refunded as it's free for 1st year n mentioned in form signed by me...but dat sales representative Mr kiritkumar is not responding.

Iam requesting since long but he is not responding at all, being tried of calling n messaging him, i have posted my complain here

Please do needful.
