ICICI Securities — transfer of funds when changing account type

I had asked to change my account type in august 2017. Until november 2017, in spite of multiple chasers, all my funds were not transferred to the new account and none of the officials i was in touch with, would provide me any details on what had happened to my funds. I have a trail of all my email correspondence with them. They have confirmed they are at fault but are not concluding the issue even though i am constantly chasing them. I expect to be compensated for the stress and mismanagement of my funds. Rakesh seth, who manages customer service, has been the worst contact point because he neither knows the case nor has shown any accountability or ownership to trying to resolve my issues. I have asked for another person in a senior role to handle this and conclude it at the earliest,
