Iclone Hub — fraud with me

Ashu, this man frauding with me. He asked me that he sell iphone mobiles in cheap price and he convinced me and i am send 14000 rupee via paytm app. After 8 days he send me clone mobile through DTDC courier service and after i opened it doesnot working. when i am call him he just ignoring my calls and messages, so in this situation what i do please help me...
