Icms Lic — not received the maturity amount after more than one year

All documents had been submitted in the office and got the acknowledgment for the same but till now the amount has not been credited into my account

I am manish dhiman, father of kanishk m dhiman. I had also handed over the crossed check for the bank account of my son as he is 18yrs of age. Copy attached.

In spite of so many reminders to the lic branch (11k), i am still waiting for the amount to be credited into my son's bank account

Kindly acknowledge the above details and credit my due amount with interest.
