Icms Lic — surrender value of the policy not transferred to bank

My lic policy no[protected] has been matured on 05/02/2018 but the maturity amount has not been credited in my account sofar. Instead of all documents submitted in time to the branch 90h, mumbai. Branch has already confirmed by email that they have received all the documents., please help me to resolve this issue otherwise i have to lodge a complain to regulatory authority. Delay period interest must be paid to the undersigned along with surrender value.
