Hi team, With reference to my savings bank account number with your branch, i regret to inform you that i was not delivered cash from the automated teller machine while i attempted to withdraw cash from the machine and i furnish here below the details for your information so as to enable you to re credit the amount to my account: Name of the account holder: isha choudhary Account number: [protected] Name of the bank and branch where the account is maintained: idbi palwal branch Date of transaction:03rd may 18 Transaction time: 12:10 p. M. Transaction amount - rs. 10000 Atm machine pertains to which (Bank/service provider): yes bank atm Details of complaint On the date and time as mentioned above, i attempted to withdraw cash using my debit card; however, the machine did not dispense cash; however. I want my money to be reverted back as soon as possible. In view of the circumstances as mentioned above, i request you to kindly arrange to re credit the amount to my account at the earliest.
