IDBI Bank — Amazon refund but did not reflected

I ordered March 19 2020 in Amazon lockdown to not delivered so I cancelled in 6 October 2020 and also refund process started. Amazon people said wait 3-5 business days i waited but amount not reflect or showing so I call again to Amazon customer care they said your refund successful. But amount not reflected in my account.
