IDBI Bank — atm withdrawal discrepancy

Hi All
I have my saving bank account in IDBI. JM Road Pune. I tried to withdraw money from an ATM using my IDBI debit card but I received partial money. Calling customer care since last one an half month ... sent emails but all in vein I am still waiting my money to be credited back to my account since last one and half month. Did anyone faced the same issue? Please let me know if you found solution to it.
This is ridiculous.
I think bank doesn't care about it's reputation

I have been charged of Rs. 708 against NACH inspection charges on dated 30 Dec 2017.
Charging any charges without informing us is unethical.

Kindly revert back.
Following with operation manager of my branch but no reply I have got since 1 Jan 2018.
