[Resolved] IDBI Bank — Bogus / fake a/c opened on my name with full support from bank officers. New cheque bounce case filed at court against me. | |||
Dear sir, I want to highlight the case point wise 1. On 26/12/12 one person mr. Vijay gavade open saving account without my knowledge at idbi bank tasgaon - sangli. On 26/12/12 i was at delhi & having proofs. 2. Gavade filled account opening form with bank persons full support & paid account opening charges of rs 2500. Slip was signed by gavade. 3. Account opening form information is 90% fake. 4. Branch manager visited my house on 26/12/12 & meet me, seen my business and get confirmed that myself staying on this address. However on 26/12/12 i was at delhi & family is at pune. He is totally bluffing & helping mr. Gavade. 5. Bank offer confirming that i have signed the aof in front of them also they seen my original document physically and put stamp and sign whereas myself at delhi with original documents. This is also cheating. 6. Mr. Gavade make bogus authority letter to obtain pin and pass book. On authority letter the signature is bogus and full name also wrong even though they bank given all documents to him. 7. Mr. Gavade withdraw the rs 2400 from sangli in march 2013 but now denying it. 8. On this account there is zero transaction from march 2013 to june 2016 from customer side. As per rbi and idbi rules account should be closed as no transaction in 3 years. But idbi kept this account alive. 9. Gavade got all the documents and to get money from me he deposit cheque of rs 5.12 lacks and get bounced and file case in court. When i got court letter to present in tasgaon i came to know this fraud. This fraud is done by idbi person and gavade with planning. I register complaint against gavade but he get through as bank supported strongly. Even after my 100 request bank officers given wrong statement and release gavade. During this prion i lost my due to money problem, regularly i have to visit tasgaon court so i have leave my best job where i earn salary package of 18 lacks. I forcefully leave this job due to bank persons and gavade. Now i am short of money so i can't fight in court. This is my last hope otherwise i have two choice 1) finish my life 2) finish responsible bank persons & gavade. I don't have any choice to give them punishment for my brothers death. Otherwise i have to follow my own de cession because i can't pay such 5-6 lacks amount without mistake. Bank people are 90% responsible even though i have not reported case against them & requested to help me to fight against gavade. But bank people given statements against me. Still may 2016 i don't know where is idbi bank. Whoever is stick to true nobody help us.in this case i have decided to wait some time for proper justice and compensation otherwise the hard de cession to finish the case and finish everything so that no one become the victim of it.
