IDBI Bank — Deduct unnecessary Amount and Abusing Language by cust care executive | |||
Dear Sir, I'm writing you to complaint about Customer care executive abusing language with me. Today got call by IDBI Cust care on my number and when I'm upset and abuse him then disconnect call. Then after he called me with his personal number [protected] and abuse me and threat me and said send me your add then see who am I. He called from IDBI bank. I think he is from south India because of his language tone Was this information helpful? | |||

On 19 Dec 2016 two times i tried to pay for Paytm . Transaction I'd is S57710377. Paytm say's no cash received from bank bank says they paid to Paytm. I have bunch of mail from Paytm. So now I request you please do investigation from Bank side so that I can conclude. And demand my money from IDBIbank bank or Paytm. My contact no is [protected]

0n 1 st jan i have swapped my card machine decline transaction but amount ia debited from account i have launch complaint on 2 ed jan with complaint no WEB/[protected] still today i have not received any response...pl do needful
