IDBI Bank — Deduction of money in my account for failure in online transaction | |||||
My a/c no. is [protected]. On 25th Oct.2016 at about 10.00 p.m. I was trying for online payment with my IDBI Debit card no.[protected] for applying Indian passport but the process was failure and so I tried again which resulted in failure. But I received in mobile no. [protected] that an amount of Rs.1512.75 was deducted in my account. Three days later, I approached the IDBI branch at Puducherry, S.V. Patel Salai where I am holding my account for remedy. They instructed to make a complaint on the toll free no. I did so and was informed that the process was declined and will be credited within 15 days time. Again, I went to the Bank and gave a complaint in written. Even after a lapse of 1 month time I didn't received the money. Yesterday (26.11.16) I again tried to make a complaint in toll free no. they instructed me to file a complaint in this customer care website.
