IDBI Bank — Fraud transaction bank not secure for new cust | |||
idbi bank is not a secure bank for new acc holder cust. Muze 2 feb ko 1 persion ne call kiya tha o bola mai IDBI Bank se bat kar raha hun, usne mera nam bhi liya o bola apne jo abhi new acc khola hai uska jo ATM card hai o block kar diya gaya hai. apko naya kard milega app muze purane cards ki details batao, mai new atm ki jo process hai o comlete karta hun. Appko 5 days me naya atm milega. MAINE FIRST TIME ACC OPEN KIYA THA MUZE OTP CVV NUM ISKE BARE ME PATA NAHI THA... Ustime mere acc me Zero balance tha, usne ATM NO., CVV NO., ATM PASS, ya sab details le liye or bola apko 1 otp ayega to o otp batav maine otp bataya . fir dubara usne 2 se 3 bar call kiya or balance kab ayega acc ye pucha. maine bola 10 feb ko but 10 feb ko balance nahi aya usne dubara call aur bola balance kab ayega maine 13 feb ko bola. Fhir usne 10 feb ke bad muze call nahi Kiya. 14 feb 2017 ko mera acc me 13.35 pm ko message aya apke acc me se 1000/- deduct hua hai. Total 6800/- maine cust care ko call kiya o bole apke acc 5 trans ho gaya .mera acc bhi band karne wala hun sab relatives ko bata dunga ki app kisi bhi bank me acc open karo per IDBI BANK me mat karo.ye bank cust ke liye secure bank nahi hai.
