I have been charged 600 inr w. R. T hl property inspection charge. (Attached is the screen shot of same).

I don't understand why this charge has been incurred and what inspection has been made?
I feel charging anything without informing customer is unethical. I have been paying all the emis on time and not in to defaulter list.

I am really not at all happy, after seeing this inspection charge which i feel is unnecessary.

Please revert it back.
