IDBI Bank — Home loan EMI

I paid the properly home loan emi from 19 months, as per idbi wrong maintain my civil score also wrong present my civil score on paisa bajar and paytm bank. As discussed with bank manager he said it is our mistake, we cover and recover civil score also we give to home loan top up. As bank side not written mail the mail why should so late payment deduct my idbi saving account, i have already 10 day ago home loan emi deposit my account, i went many time on bank and discussed about the issue, but no response properly way.

So poor my civil score and credit score as mistake from bank side.
