IDBI Bank — idbi bank-transaction failed but amount is deducted from my account | |||
Dear madam/sir, I ramesh mamillapalli having bank a/c in idbi bank and my customer id[protected]. On 8th feb 2019 around 12:30pm i was transferred rs.90, 000/- to atom technology (Zerodha) through netbanking but transaction is failed and amount is deducted. I was contacted idbi bank customer care on 9th february 2019 and they said please check with murchent. I check with murchent (Zerodha) and they said transaction is pending at bank. Then i sent a mail to idbi bank customer care regarding the issue till now no response. Plz kindly look into this asap. My customer id[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
