IDBI Bank — Login is disabled

This is regarding corporate net banking.
I have got two login and transaction passwords of two members. (Its a trust)
I have changed them and reset new login and txn pwd.
My login pwd is txn pwd of the other member. Similary txn pwd of other member is login pwd of first member.
Eg : 1. Login pwd : abc
Txn pwd : pqr

2. Login pwd : pqr
Txn pwd : abc

Now when i log in i am getting invalid login id or password.[11223]
Also all my attempts for it are over so login is disabled.

Kingly guide what to do in such case.
Is there any option to reset pwd for corporate net banking?
