[Resolved]  IDBI Bank — Money got deducted from my account but it is still not credited in the beneficiary account.

Today morning[protected], I did a IMPS transaction through my savings account ([protected]) in IDBI to my HDFC Bank account. The amount got deducted from my IDBI account but it is still not credited in the beneficiary account. I tried calling the customer care many times but my call is put on hold everytime. I need the amount to be credited to the beneficiary account. Kindly help.

I missed my emi aug month payment as the salary got delayed. The ACH_ RTN charges of twice 590 ₹ has been leived with the current situation. i Request IDBI BANK to Refund the deduction amount.
