IDBI Bank — not providing document of home after foreclosure

Dear Sir/Mam
we submitted all the required document with forecloser on[protected], also we given payment by cheque and miss Manju committed to provide my document after 15 days for that i'm following from day 16th but we not get document till now.
For any document/work BANK taking charges with customer, if we delayed to pay he collect penalty.

Request you Please take action and give judgment to us with penalty.
because he charges for any query any document,
