IDBI Bank — Online banking and customer care executives | |||||
I called to the customer care executive to fix the issue of logging into my online banking account. She is very rude to me and disconnected the call in the middle. She said her name is Ujwala Kodag and talking to me from Mumbai Call Center. She is unable to give proper details to the customer to get the issue resolved. I said that I want to file a case regarding this issue and I am highly disappointed with the response given by IDBI Bank.I am having an emergency to transfer funds. I am in the USA right now. I cannot go the location or use my ATM card for this transaction. I decided to file a case. I pretended that I am also recording the call for evidence to the case. I did like that because the customer care executives are too rude and not at all giving proper response to the customer. I want the bank to take necessary action on this issue and also I request the bank to look into my issue i.e. I am unable to login to my online banking account even though I am giving correct data. I am getting an error message "ERROR IN INPUT DATA". Fix this issue and let me know. Was this information helpful? | |||||
