IDBI Bank — poor customer support | |||
I am seriously furious with the customer experience provided by idbi bank to one of your loyal customer for almost 9 years. I am repeatedly requestimg for my provisional certificate for last 15 days and there's no response from their end. My tax proof submission date was 12th jan which has surpassed and my company is going to deduct tax amount from my salary. I am also facing challenges login into website. I have tried their toll free since saturday, i was on ivr for consolidated 30mins and no customer support from their end. Also, drafted email to 2 e-mail id's provided on website and as usual no response. Finally, tried idbi mobile app which was worst experience and thus motivating me to write this complaint. Idbi all touch points needs improvement otherwise customer has very less patience to face the challenges dealing with them. Finally, idbi should change their tagline 'bank kaisa dost jaisa' it's rubbish. Because i feel they are acting like a selfish person to their close friends.
