IDBI Bank — regarding hl property inspection charge!!

I have been charged 708 inr w. R. T hl property inspection charge. (Attached is the screen shot of same).

I don't understand why this charge has been incurred and what inspection has been made?
I feel charging anything without informing customer is not ethical. I have been paying all the emies on time and not in to defaulter list.

Last month i made a payment of 300000 inr towards the part payment.
I am really not at all happy, after seeing this inspection charge which i feel is unnecessary.

Please revert it back.

I have also been charged Rs 708 and do not know what this is about. I was not informed of these charges.

I have also been charged Rs 708 and not been informed about that. This is really unethical. I also want to know what action they do for this type of charges.

I have also been charged Rs 708 as property inspection charge .No idea what is it all about. IDBI bank should have the courtesy to inform the customer about it. Really pathetic service.

Third class bank IDBI has now resorted to cheating the customers in completely unethical way.
This third class bank has fraudulently charged Rs.600 + 54 + 54 Rs. without no information and discussion at all.
I want my money back ASAP.

Is RBI Sleeping ? Govt is also sleeping .

Same with me. And I decided to teach IDBI a good lesson.

I wrote the Banking Ombusman in the month of Dec. 2017 and finally in the month of July 2018, I got a call from IDBI bank and they assured me of reversing the charge.

Please write to the Banking Ombusman and get your querty resolved.
