IDBI Bank — regarding refund money

My name is manawar ahsan cust id 90148902 mob no [protected] account no [protected] i went to yes bank atm on jan 23 with idbi atm card in delhi
The money has deducted from my account but i didn't get the money from that atm i. E., 10000
I went to bank but there is no response from that bank.
The money has not refunded till now.
If the bank is doing in this way then how can we trust the banks and go to atm's for money withdrawl...
