Hi, i have requested regarding updation in registered mobile in my account no [protected] on dated 29.05.2018 which is non home branch, but concerned employee ask me to visit home branch. After that i have call at my home branch on dated 30.05.2018 at landline[protected], they suggested me this can update at any branch after written request from customer but non home branch not ready to accept written request. I have also ppf account with idbi due to non updation of registered mobile i am not able to invest of rs 150000 in ppf due to this issue..

On 3 may 2018 and 13 may 2018 i had made online payment to flipkart.com
On 3rd may 5999 rs deducted from my bank account & again i made a payment on 13 may amount was 5999 rs.
Deducted but flipkart isn't received it
I raised a dispute application
But no solution is given
Bank not give a proper solution for this matter
