IDBI Bank — to enable my transaction password which is disabled due to 3 wrong entries

Hi i m vilas muley from wardha and i have an account in idbi bank. I m using from much time. But today on 10-12-18 i was transferring the money from my account and it ask me transaction password i had written correctly but it shows me that u left with 2 or 1 more attempts and i had entered 3 times the wrong entries of my password and it get disabled and showing me that"[15079]user is already disabled for these transaction'. But its too urgent to transfer the money plz help me regarding these

I tried to withdraw money from my IDBI ATM card today at around 5 pm from Bank of India ATM however first attempt 5000 rs did not come out. Second time 5000 rs came out. But the balance is less. It was 31385 rs in my account now it is 21385. 5000 rs is less. It got deducted.

I have applied for IDBI Deep Discount Bond Series 1. I have applied for redemption on 11/10/2018 by registered post. But I havent received the redemption amount.
