IDBI Bank — Unblock debit cum ATM card

My debit card has been blocked as i had to pay fee for my second year (Re-registration fees) online.. I tried many times from my idbi international gold debit cum atm card but as my phone network was not that good enough i had to refresh that page several time... Due to which my card was blocked so i kindly request you to unblock my atm card.. Thank you
