Can you please provide me the justification for that. As same policy my sister neetika arora also bought her policy no. [protected] on 31st march 2009 and she received 4, 39, 868.95 inr. As per your staff in the bank are not providing any clarification...

Mrs. Biswapriya singha i have not received my insurance amount. I had completed my premiums with in 2018 and my payout start from 30th march, 2020 but i don't received any payment till now. My wife had taken an insurance on june 2013. The agent told her that she only need to pay 1 time of 14550/- and in 5 yrs we can claim the money. Then after 1 year we started receiving calls that we need to pay at least for 3 yrs then only we can claim the money. I have paid a premium of 3, 22, 549 from dec 2010 - till date.

I surrendered the policy this month and received a refund amount 2, 11, 629

The difference from the premium amount itself is 110920, leave alone the interest amount...

Idbi says its surrender charges, can you imagine a surrender charge of 110920 from ur hard earned money......
