[Resolved]  IDBI Federal Life Insurance Co Ltd — Refusal of Policy Cancellation

I purchased a home loan from IDBI Bank which came with a bundled life insurance policy. I called up the helpline and dropped an email within the free look period to cancel the policy but they have refused to do so. However, while being sold the home loan I got it clarified that I can cancel the policy within the free look period. They do not respond to the queries on time and have not responded to my last communication.
