[Resolved] Idea — balance added as secondary

But since i m recharging the whole amount goes to secondary balance whereas i want it as my primary/main balance.
What kind of service is this. My money has been snatched openly.
Now my secondary balance is 65 and main balance is 0.78.

I ported my number [protected] to airtel as i was pissed off with idea bills and now even after porting my number i am getting idea bills due to which my airtel number is disconnected also i got a bill for disconnected number which is causing issues as this fraud idea company is looting customers for their sake.
