नमस्कार
मेरा नाम मनीष मण्डावत हे मेरा एक मोबाईल नंबर [protected] था जो पूर्व में मुझे प्रलोभन देकर प्रीपेड से पोस्पैड कर दिया गया हे कई म्हणो से में इसे प्रीपेड करने के लिए बोल रहा हु पर नहीं कर रहे मेरे लास्ट बिल का भुगतान नहीं किया तो मेरा मोबाईल बंद क्र दिया तब बिल 500 का था में दुबारा इसे चालू करवाने गया तो मुझे 1000 का बिल बतया गया
मेने बिल नहीं जमा करवाया मेरा बिल 500 का हे अगर मुझे आप ये नंबर प्रीपेड करकर देता हो तो में बिल जमा करवाऊंगा तो मुझे बोला की आप पहले बिल जमा karwa दो फिर हम आप का काम वाला प्लान क्र देंगे पर मुझे तो नंबर प्रीपेड में चाइये तो मेने मन करदिया
अगर ये मुझे मेरा नंबर प्रीपेड करते हे तो में मेरा बिल जो 500 का था जमा करवाने को तैयार हु

पर अब ये आईडिया वाले मेरे क्लाइंटों को धमकिया दे रहे और उन्हें द्र रहे हे जो की एक कानूनन अपराध हे

We would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com. Also, you can check your outgoing call, SMS details & account related information in My Idea Application or Website.
