[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Conversion to postpaid to prepaid | |||||
I have given request for postpaid to prepaid service on 09-Mar-17 at indira nagar branch (contact person is Pradeep). Still it is not yet converted the same. It was deactivated without intimation. My number is in deactivate mode. I have been following up every day. Pradeep is keep saying it will be done by today, in one hour, in half an hour like this. If your email ID is registered with us, you may also send SMS as Ebill<space>first 3 alphabets of the month for which Prepaid invoice is required to 12345 and the soft copy of invoice will be sent on your registered email ID free of cost.
