Dear sir idea cellular number [protected] was in my name 5 to 6 years back and same i discontinued that time. But it is matter of surprise last month i have got a bill and bill was paid by my credit card automatically. I have not start this number and not using it. But company is sending it to me. Today i have complained to [protected] and tell my problem to customer attendant. But no solution she told me to go to idea shop and pay bill and then this number will end. This is matter is very surprised i have no this number whose permission it start and why should i have to idea shop. Please solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

sir without my permission idea cellular activate star talk service on my number and deduct 32 rupees from my balance.
please return my balance and deactivate this service.

Also, we would like to inform you that send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset or else you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. If still any issue persist, you can contact us on 12345 or 198.
Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate
