[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Activation of Idea prepaid no - [protected]

I converted my idea postpaid no [protected] to prepaid. I got the signal after 7 days. I am trying to call 59059 to activation. Every time the call kept hold for 1 hr 25sec than it get disconnected. Last 4 days i am trying, same this happening. This is the worst process to activate the no.
Please activate the no as soon as possible.
My alternative no [protected].
