[Resolved] Idea Cellular — activation of postpaid idea sim card

Hi,

My idea prepaid sim crashed (Corrupted), for which i went to idea gallery and requested for sim exchange on wednesday. I filled the exchange form and they asked me for taking postpaid instead of prepaid to which i agreed. But my sim card is not activated yet. I went to same idea gallery yesterday and today also and they keep on saying it will get activated in 4 hours. I still don't know what the status of my sim card request is.

Can you guys please expedite on your end and get my sim activated as soon as possible or should i stop using idea?

Please reply some other thing than it will get activated in 4 hours.
