I have applied for idea postpaid services for no. [protected] against billing account no.[protected]on 23.11.2017 at idea store in mancherial, telanagana. As per trai, idea executive have to verify my address. Without verifying my address/calling my alternate number, i got a message saying address mentioned by me was not found. I am a government company employee residing in a company quarter, how it couldn't be found (I was wondering). I made a call to 59059, they asked me to submit a fresh address proof at the same store. I submitted myself twice to the store and i asked for re-verification of my address. But the status is same. This implies it is mere negligent attitude of that executive who was posted for verification. I kindly request you to activate my sim without any further delay Was this information helpful? |
