[Resolved] Idea Cellular — after 4g sim upgrade, messages are not being received | |||||
I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g on 6 July 2018 from an Idea Outlet in Noida. I started using the new sim and now I am unable to receive any incoming messages. I use this number for my day to day activities as well as money transactions, as this is my primary number. I contacted the customer care, and they said that it will get activated within 24 hours. It has been past 24 hours and still no positive response. I tried the MNP for which I did not receive the MNP reference number. Later I receive a call from MNP department of Idea, and I told them the reason for porting, and they told me to manually select the network and switch off the phne for 5 minutes and then switch on. I tired this as well, but no luck! Kindly do the needful as this is causing a lot of trouble for me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
