I have idea cellular mobile no [protected], i wish to port my no to idea cellular company post paid to prepaid, when they put request to port, idea cellular successfully port postpaid to prepaid, i have clear all pending dues something 900rupees, after 3month i have received call from idea regarding bill payment 552 amout previous i have clear all payment so why 552 amout bill you charge. We regret for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, the bill has been generated appropriately as per your plan rental and usage charges. Also, we would like to inform you that you've been charged on proration basis for the mentioned number and the bills are generated till the date of disconnection. Hence, we request you to kindly clear your outstanding amount to avoid the inconvenience.
