I did a recharge for Idea 4g mifi device of Rs. 998 Odisha Circle but recharge is unsuccessful. Following are the details : Transaction ID : GSBI[protected] Transaction Date : 25/08/2016 19:59:22 Amount : 988.00 Talked to customer care executive he told that recharge is not done. Idea give ₹148 netpack 1gb data...but provide very very poor internet service... I cannot even play a game through Internet... If you don't want to provide proper service please don't provide such Internet plans...I'm really very disappointe from IDEA's service...
