[Resolved] Idea Cellular — amount recharged but not credited

Refer to my complaint no dotel/e/2018/26319 dt 12.10.2018. I recharged rs 35/- in my idea mobile. But your coy not credited the amt of talk time for rs 25/- whereas you mentioned in the reply letter that talk time has been credited. My bal shown is 000. Pl check and credit the amt today w/o further delay and not harass the customer. I also try to contact customer care but no response.
